Triptych Poets: Issue Three CONTRIBUTORS Announced

Blemish Books would like to congratulate our newest Triptych Poets inductees – PS Cottier, Joan Kerr and Joshua Inman! These three amazing poets will be featured in Issue Three of our Triptych Poets series.  Issue Three is scheduled for a September 2012 release. 

As always, selecting just three poets to include was extremely difficult.  This year we received over 60 suites of poetry from all over Australia (and a few from even further aboard).  The standard was incredibly high.  Of these suites at least a dozen could have easily made it into Issue Three.  In the end however we tried to select suites that were engaging, daring, insightful, but most importantly, spoke to one another in new and interesting ways.  As a small publisher, we have also tried to select suites that represent a diverse array of voices from new, emerging and established poets.  We feel that Issue Three will be our best example of this to date.

We'd like to thank everyone that submitted and hope that those who missed out this year continue to send us their work.  We're rapt to see so much great poetry being produced, particularly by new and emerging Australian poets.   We hope to see plenty more of it in the future.
